Amaranth

Amaranth is the student-edited literary and artistic journal of St Joseph High School. Now in its 43rd year, Amaranth is published each May and celebrates the best of poetry, short story, essay, photography and illustration by SJ students, faculty and staff. Amaranth is open to all SJ students and is edited by a Senior Editor(s) chosen by the club moderator. Students learn how to read, edit and select material and create a finished publication. Amaranth also sponsors writing and photography contests each year.
